The hotel offered a great location, close to major transportation hubs and easily accessible by foot. the breakfast served was a pleasant surprise and a great way to start the day. the staff were friendly and attentive, making for a comfortable stay.

The walls in the room lacked soundproofing, making it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep. the check-in time was later than advertised, causing some initial inconvenience.

The staff was wonderful and welcoming. Disabled access room was fantastic. Clean rooms and showers. Good breakfast in the catacombs. Friendly and professional personnel. Convenient location near the center. Charming old-fashioned elevator. CarreFour Express Supermarket below.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, we could easily walk to the nearby train station and it was close to several restaurants. The room was surprisingly comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice shower. We were also pleased with the friendly staff who made check-in and check-out a breeze.

Although the hotel showed some charm with its vintage elevator and overall style, there were some negatives that could be improved. We found the hallways and lobby to be a bit spooky and the exterior signs were misleading.
